At noon on June 28th, according to the police and people's direct traffic-Pudong issued a police report, at 10:47 on June 28, the Shanghai Pudong Public Security Branch received a report to the police: near Nanzhu Road, Renmin East Road, a bus slipped into Roadside rivers. The public security and fire departments quickly arrived at the scene and rescued the driver.

After a preliminary investigation, there were no other passengers on the bus except the driver at the time of the incident. The vehicles slid into the river after wiping the two battery cars.
