The people's congress system is an important system carrier for the party's leadership of the state power, and it is also an important form of the party to fully carry forward democracy and implement the mass line in the state power. Party committees at all levels should put the work of the People's Congress in an important position, improve the system of party leadership work, and regularly listen to the work report of the party group of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress to study and solve major issues in the work of the People's Congress.

The people's congress system is an important institutional vehicle for the Party to exercise leadership over bodies of state power, and it is also an important form through which the Party fully promotes democracy and implements its mass line in the exercise of state power.
