"The only thing that can determine the owner is just a name label pasted on the water cup." Cheng Hao told reporters that he tried to query the name on the label and did get a contact information, but he called many times but no one answered.

Cheng Hao did not give up, and continued to try to inquire, only to find that the name on the label was originally the name of Mr. Zuo's lover. Cheng Hao found Mr. Zuo's phone and successfully contacted him. After verification, Mr. Zuo confirmed that this bag was lost by his lover.

It turned out that because there were many portables, Mr. Zuo's lover accidentally dropped the bag during security checks, but he had not found it. When the police called it, the family was playing, and because of the crowded environment, they missed the call.

At noon that day, Mr. Zuo took the child to Zhongnan Hospital Station and retrieved the loss in the police room. Before leaving the subway station, Mr. Zuo was very excited. He wrote a thank you letter on the spot and gave it to the subway police officers and station staff to thank him.
