Jilin Province launches flood prevention level 4 emergency response

According to the forecast of the meteorological department, from the evening of June 27th to July 1st, the process of obvious rainfall in our province will occur again.The south of Baicheng, southern Songyuan, most Changchun, Siping, Liaoyuan, Jilin, Tonghua, Baishan, West of Yanbian, and Changbai Mountain Reserve have heavy rains, heavy rain in individual places, accompanied by short -term heavy precipitation, thunderstorms, or hail.For flowing weather, the maximum 1 hour rainfall can reach 40-70 mm, and the process rainfall is 40-70 mm. Among them, the local area of Siping, southern Tonghua, and southern Baishan can reach 90 to 140 mm.

Combined with the recent rainfall of the province, the provincial defense index decided to launch a level four emergency response at 11:00 on June 27.Relevant cities and counties are requested to organize discussions and judges in a timely manner, start emergency response of the corresponding level in a timely manner, determine the focus of defense, front rescue materials, and implement the rescue force.
