The author learned from the Housing Security Section of the Zhangzhou Housing and Urban Construction Bureau that the 01 plot (Haiyu Impression) Community in Tongyuan District, Longwen District was officially opened on September 29, 2020. It will be completed at the end of July this year. Provide 1121 resettlement houses, which will be used to resettle 900 households such as Xuantan Palace, Lauxia, and Tiating Community in Tongyuan District, Longwen District.

At present, the work of the indoor public areas of the project has been basically completed, and the three -layer coating painting work of the outdoor (facade) has been completed by 70%. Among them, the municipal pipeline is expected to be completed in mid -July, and the garden landscape is expected to be completed by the end of July. The entire project strives to enter the completion acceptance and sub -professional acceptance in August.

It is understood that a total of 11 high -rise residential buildings in the Tongyuan area of ​​Longwen District (Haiyu Impression) Community projects, with a maximum of 27 floors and a minimum of 23 floors.
