In May of this year, the Mianyang Intermediate People's Court made a judgment on selling the transportation drug case: Yuan Mou and Wanmou were sentenced to death, and the remaining 7 personnel were sentenced to life imprisonment or a term in prison.

The case must be mentioned from 2020. At that time, the criminal suspect Wanmou recruited it through the Internet and invited the Shandong people to the Xishuangbanna of Yunnan at the price of 200 yuan per drug to hide the drugs in the body through the way of swallowing it to Mianyang for sale.

In early June 2020, after Wang came to Xishuangbanna, he lived in a small hotel and waited for the joint. Three days later, a local female Ma Zai sent 84 drugs to Wang's hotel, allowing Wang to swallow the drug into the stomach and bring it back to Mianyang.

After Wang swallowed drugs, he took a taxi to the airport. After getting off the plane from Chongqing, he took a taxi to Suining City, and took a taxi to the city of Mianyang from Suining. And his series of actions are always within the monitoring of Mianyang's anti -drug police.

After returning to Mianyang, Wang gave the drug to a Ma Zai, and Ma Zai was transferred to Yuan. During the transfer, the Mianyang police arrested the trafficking drugs.

According to the police further investigation, Yuan has never learned from his youth. At the age of 28, he was sentenced to 11 years in prison for committing crime of provoking trouble, gathered fighting, hiding firearms, and ammunition. The crime of illegal detention was sentenced to ten months in prison by the court; at the age of 44, he was sentenced to two years and six months in prison for drug trafficking. The last time Yuan Mou was released in May 2018.

Police investigations also found that Yuan had purchased drugs from Wanmou from Chongqing for six months. After being arrested by the police this time, Yuan explained to the police that the drugs were indeed bought by him.

Wan Mou explained to the police that he bought 128 drugs from the drug dealers in Myanmar and sold it to Yuan Mou 84. Wang was transferred to Mianyang through a poison in the body. There are another 44 drugs, and in the hands of another Ma Zai hired in Yunnan, he is willing to cooperate with the police to arrest the remaining Ma Zi and find the remaining drugs.

According to the seller Wan Hongsong's explanation and the investigation of the police, the two Ma Zi hiding in northern Myanmar was also arrested by the local police. On June 20, 2020, northern Myanmar police transferred the suspect in the case to the Chinese police. In December, northern Myanmar police transferred the suspect Jiang to the Chinese police.

December 20, 2021. The Mianyang Intermediate People's Court opened the trial of the case of transporting and transportation. In the court, the public prosecution agency listed the fact that this drug trafficking gang was suspected of drug trafficking six times from December 2019 to June 2020.

In May 2022, the Mianyang Intermediate People's Court made a judgment.

Yuan Mou committed the crime of selling and transporting drugs, sentenced to death, executed for two years, and restricting Yuan Mou's sentence; Wanmou's crime of selling and transporting drugs, sentenced to death, and execution of two years of slow period.

Jiang's crime of selling and transporting drugs was sentenced to life imprisonment.

Xiao Mou was convicted of drug transport and sentenced to fifteen years in prison.

Yan Yan's crime of transporting drugs was sentenced to twelve years in prison.

Wang was convicted of drug transport and sentenced to 11 years in prison.
