According to the "Notice", the minimum monthly payment base for employees to participate in medical insurance (including maternity insurance, long -term care insurance) shall not be less than 3992 yuan, and the maximum of not more than 19962 yuan; flexible employee participating in employee medical insurance (including long -term care insurance), monthlyThe payment base is 3992 yuan.

If the personnel who arrives at the legal retirement age will not reach the prescribed employee medical insurance payment period, the monthly replenishment of the medical insurance base is 3992 yuan, and the employee medical insurance premium will be paid at a rate of 10%. The monthly payment amount is 399.2 yuan;

If the employee's medical insurance interruption is interrupted, the employee's medical insurance, maternity insurance and long -term care insurance are paid based on the 3992 yuan.If the replenishment base is lower than the salary of the insured person at the employer, the employer shall apply for the difference to pay the application for the difference.(Reporter Lin Han)
