Recently Heilin Town and Tashan Town, Ganyu District investigated the construction of rural sewage treatment facilities on the spot, and discussed and exchanged discussions on rural domestic sewage management.

Under the leadership of the Ganyu District Ecological and Environment Bureau, the research team conducted a detailed understanding of the construction of rural sewage facilities in the pilot villages of Heilin Town and Tashan Town, and conducted professional explanations on the construction and maintenance personnel of on -site facilities. After comparison, the village adopts a decentralized sewage treatment mode. After the sewage of each household is pre -processing through the septic tank, the diverse sewage dispersed treatment facilities consisting of several households are upgraded by the pump to achieve good results.

Through investigations and analysis, the decentralized processing mode is suitable for regions such as complicated village distribution, low population density, complicated terrain, and blind spots collected by sewage pipe networks. When there is no supporting pipe network in the village and less than 300 households covering farmers, decentralized treatment is recommended. The facilities volume and area are small, and the installation is not limited by terrain; the construction cycle will not affect residents' lives and travel. Small centralized domestic sewage treatment facilities models are applicable to areas such as village distribution, high population density, and flat terrain. When the number of farmers is higher than 300 households and a concentrated rural areas, small centralized domestic sewage treatment facilities can be used to scientifically laid the sewage pipe network to achieve the effect of collecting more sewage. However, the construction cycle of this model is long, and the later operation, maintenance and supervision also need to continue to invest a lot of funds. The two models have their own advantages and disadvantages, and they must dialectically treat rural sewage governance models.

In order to efficiently carry out the management of rural sewage treatment in Guanyun County, the research team also inspected the construction of Liuli Village, Houhe Village, and Hexing Village, Dongwangji Town, Guanyun County.

In the next step, the Guanyun Ecological and Environment Bureau will comprehensively analyze the current status of rural sewage treatment in Ganyu County and Guanyun County to explore the rural sewage governance model that is adapted to local conditions, classification and precision pollution.
