The meeting pointed out that the grassland industry is the "chip" of the grassland ecology and the grass industry, and it is a national strategic and basic core industry. Compared with the main grain industry, my country's grassy industry has not yet formed a real industry. Compared with developed countries, there is still a large gap in basic scientific innovation, core technology research, and industrialization development. In the next step, we must continuously consolidate the foundation of the development of the grass industry in my country and promote the healthy development of the grass industry.

First, we must implement the national grass -quality resource protection and development strategy. Coordinate multi -party forces to continuously increase the collection and preservation of grass germ resources, and build a new pattern of multi -level collection protection, diversified development and utilization. Explore the establishment of the "industry -university -research, education and push" integrated model, and continuously improve the production capacity of grass species, especially local grass species.

Second, we must implement the strategy of strengthening the grass industry. Through various methods such as mergers and reorganizations, we cultivate my country's leading enterprises in the grass type industry and continuously improve the comprehensive innovation efficiency of the grass industry. Reasonably increase the support of high -tech innovation companies in the grass industry, and encourage social capital to enter the grass industry.

Third, we must strengthen industry management. Improve the relevant management systems of various links such as grass species research and development, production, and sales, and severely crack down on the production and sale of counterfeit and inferior grass species. Improve the seed testing system, accelerate the formulation of certification management measures, carry out grass seed quality certification, and promote domestic grass species to enter the international market.

Fourth, we must strengthen mechanism innovation. Establish a grass -breeding R & D platform, layout grass breeding laboratories, and develop breakthrough grass species of high -yield, high -quality, multi -resistance, and easy -to -collect.
