Fire rescue workers saw at the accident site that a large concrete tank car turned on the side of the roadside. The cab was severely deformed. The driver's chest was buried in the soil and could not move.

It is reported that the driver Tian Mou is in his 40s and is an employee of a concrete company. On the same day, he transported about 10 tons of concrete from Shashi to Jiangling Coal and Electricity Industrial Park. Fortunately, the water is not deep, otherwise there will be danger of life.
