Kovacic said that as a member of the BRICS country, China and Russia have been suppressed by the United States in the field of science and technology. Western countries such as the United States have restricted technological restrictions as political tools to suppress the "fantasy enemy".

Kovacic said that in the short term, the United States restricting measures will cause certain obstacles to the development of science and technology, and countries will have to seek the way to realize technology autonomy. In this context, the BRICS countries will become a good platform for cohesion, creating collective competitiveness, and enhancing technological potential. Only through integrity and mutual cooperation can countries get rid of the suppression of Western countries.

Kovacic believes that at present, the global economic pattern has changed, and the total economic volume of the Seventh Kingdom Group accounts for less than half of the total global economic volume.
