The Cangzhou section of the Qugang Expressway is an important part of the Hebei Expressway Network. It is an important part of the layout of the "Seven Episode and Five Heng" road network in Cangzhou City. The project in the west and Qugang Expressway is connected to the Baoding section of the project, and the eastward through Suining County, Hejian City, Xianxian County, Qingxian, Cangxian, Huanghua City, and Huanghua Port. The total mileage is 178.29 kilometers.

The total length of this construction from the starting point to the Beijing -Taiwan high -speed section is 96.46 kilometers, and the two -way four -lane standard construction is adopted.
