The lower reaches of the Yellow River leads the Huang Hanzha to the Yellow irrigation area agricultural water diversion and some cross -basin water adjustment tasks. The total investment of Huang Hanzha reconstruction projects in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is 2.070 billion yuan, involving 11 cities in Shandong and Henan provinces. The total construction period is expected to be 36 months. After the project is completed, it will further increase the water supply guarantee rate in the yellow irrigation area and improve the conditions of urban life, industrial and ecological water supply in the region along the route.

The Daxingzhai Reservoir in Hunan is mainly flood prevention, combined with water supply and irrigation, and takes into account ecological hydration. The total investment of the project is 5.114 billion yuan, and the total construction period is expected to be 36 months. After the project is completed, it will comprehensively improve the urban flood prevention capacity and water supply guarantee capacity of Jishou, the capital of Xiangxi, and improve the irrigation conditions and ecological environment of the agricultural industry in Jishou.

The governance of the Baoyuhe River involves the cities such as Luzhou, Huaibei, Suzhou, Bengbu and other cities in Anhui Province. The governance scope is the dry flow of the Baoyuhe Provincial Boundary -Luohe Jiuwan section, including dredging river channels, reinforced dikes, building gates, construction of flood control roads, etc. The content, the total investment of the project is 2.557 billion yuan, and the total construction period is expected to be 36 months. After the project is completed, it will further improve the flood prevention and waterlogging project system in the Baoyu River Basin, and improve the standards of flood prevention and drainage standards of the Baoyu River.
