The Daxingzhai Reservoir in Hunan is mainly flood prevention, combined with water supply and irrigation, and takes into account ecological hydration. Daxingzhai Reservoir engineering design irrigation area with a total investment of 5.1 billion yuan is 24,700 mu, and the total construction period is expected to be 36 months. After the project is completed, it will comprehensively improve the urban flood prevention capacity and water supply guarantee capacity of Jishou City, Xiangxi Prefecture, and improve the irrigation conditions and local ecological environment of the agricultural industry in Jishou.

The Baoyu River governance project of Anhui includes the construction content of the construction of rising river channels, reinforcement dikes, building gates, and building flood prevention roads. The total construction period of Baoyuhe Governance Project with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan is expected to be 36 months. After the project is completed, it will further improve the flood prevention and waterlogging project system in the Baoyu River Basin, improve the flood prevention and drainage standards of the Baoyuhe River, and restore the functions of storage irrigation of gates.

The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Water Conservancy said that this year, the country's investment in water conservancy construction exceeds 800 billion yuan, and it will ensure that more than 30 new water conservancy projects will be started. While increasing the government investment, it will give full play to the role of market mechanisms, raise construction funds multi -channel, and meet the capital needs of large -scale water conservancy construction.
