Transportation Road Campus: East of May Road -West of Railway -South of Renmin Road -north of Xiangjiang Road.

Fourth, registration date and method

(1) Registration time: July 1-10.

(2) Online registration: Students' parents log in to the "Henan Provincial Basic Education Comprehensive Information Service Platform" through registration.

(3) Related requirements: Students can only choose a school in the enrollment area for online registration. Do not register according to the enrollment area as automatic abandonment of enrollment. When registering online, fill in the basic information, parents or guardian information, household registration and real estate information in accordance with the requirements.

5. Entry qualification review

Our school is scheduled to review materials for the enrollment qualifications of the sixth grade graduates in the film from July 11th to 13th, 2022.

1. During the review, please bring the following materials:

(1) Original and photocopy of the student's first guardian's real estate certificate, household registration book.

(2) Original and photocopy of student student status table (or graduation certificate).

2. Students who are registered as "leftovers" will conduct investigations from July 14th to July 15th. Parents are requested to keep the phone unblocked.

3. Parents are requested to prepare in advance and participate in the audit on time. If the review is not conducted within the prescribed time, it is deemed to be voluntarily abandoning the enrollment qualification.

4. In accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention, in order to prevent personnel from gathering, parents receive the review list in the gatekeeper of the registration campus. After measuring body temperature in batches, enter the school, and queue in the audit window. During the data review, parents are requested to wear masks, queue in an orderly queue between 2 meters, and review according to the school's epidemic prevention requirements.

6. The admission results were announced before August 10. Parents of students can log in to the "Henan Provincial Basic Education Comprehensive Information Service Platform" to view students' admission information.

7. The registration time is August 23.
