1. Increase policy support. At the same time, fully explore a variety of resources such as kindergartens, community resources, industrial parks, workplaces, family housing, etc., encourage large and conditional communities, enterprises and institutions to run or co -organize infant care institutions, and accelerate the development of multi -subjects. , Multi -form, flexible and diverse inclusive care system, provides infant education and childbirth services that are nearby convenient, inclusive, inclusive, and good quality.
