Where is Bao Yanhe?

The Baoyuhe River is an important river of the Huaihe River. The northwest of the river area starts from the abolition of the Yellow Henan embankment. The southeast is the new river in Huaihong. Five counties (districts), including Qiaoqiao and Guzhen.

The shape of the basin is narrow, the terrain is tilted from northwest to southeast, the ground slope drops steep and slowly, and the basin spans the two provinces of Henan and Anhui.

How to manage it?

Main tasks: dredging and rectifying the river, reinforcing risks on the Nanping Gate and Baoshi Gate, building a gap and flood prevention and flood prevention roads, and improving the flood prevention and waterlogging engineering system.
