From April 27th to May 9th, 1927, the Fifth National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Wuhan. The three candidates were Yang Peisen, Xiao Shiyue, and Ruan Xiaoxian. Wang Hebo is chairman and Yang Yanan is vice chairman. This is the first time that our party has explored and attempts to set up the central disciplinary inspection agency in history.

On June 1, 1927, according to the five spirit of the party, the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China passed the "The Third Amendment of the Communist Party of China" (usually called the five major party charters). For the first time, the five major party constitutions set up the "Supervision Committee" special chapter. At the same time, the party constitution has both disciplines and disciplinary inspection institutions, which achieves the goal of maintaining the main institution of party discipline construction from the system. For the first time, the party constitution also raised the party's discipline, especially the political discipline to the level of the party's obligation. Later practice proves that the party's disciplinary construction requires special discipline inspection agencies to maintain. Without a special disciplinary inspection agency, the party's disciplinary construction is difficult to ensure effective guarantee.

Strict discipline and loyalty are the true nature of disciplinary inspection supervisors

The discipline must abide by the discipline first. The Central Supervision Committee is the highest institution of the party's disciplinary inspection. With the case of extreme difficulties and white horror, 10 members of the first Central Supervision Committee have no rebellion surrender; None of the 10 people sold the party's secret. In the end, only 1 person saw the establishment of New China. Because most members of the members were sacrificed early in the revolution, they died before they did not settle down, and they had time to participate in the party's disciplinary construction cause. After the Supervisory Committee Chairman Wang Hebo participated in the five major of the party, he and Vice Chairman Yang Yanan attended the August 7th meeting held in Hankou on behalf of the Central Supervision Committee, and were elected as members of the Interim Politburo. On October 18, 1927, Wang Hebo was arrested in Beijing for betrayal. In prison, he was tortured, unyielding, and would rather sacrifice himself. He also had to save the organization. He never exposed the Beijing Party's organization and organ address, making the enemy's conspiracy unsuccessful. Facing the butcher knife, he was full of the spirit of revolutionary optimism, and the heroic righteousness on the night of November 11.

The martyrs of the first Central Supervisory Committee were also: In May 1927, Xiao Shiyue died in a battle, and only 19 days before the election members were sacrificed. In July 1927, Zhang Zuochen and Yang Peisen were arrested in Shanghai. In June 1928, Xu Baihao sacrificed in Shanghai. In October 1928, Cai Yichen was arrested for betraying the traitor, and he gave a poem before the righteousness: "Shen Ming's righteous minister, sweeping the smoke in the sword; Cai Yichen was born in Wuhan. His introduced party was one of the founders of the Wuhan Party organization Dong Biwu. The most impressed by Cai Yichen was the sentence he had said, "Be upright, think about the people, and do not find the trouble of the organization. . "In August 1931, Yang Yanan was shot secretly by the Kuomintang reactionaries in the wasteland in the Songhu Police Command at the age of 35. After the arrest, he was seduced by the senior official of the Kuomintang. Before his sentence, he wrote a famous sentence of "generously boarding the car, a full section of the phase". In March 1935, Ruan Xiaoxian sacrificed. He was the first director of the Central Audit Committee of our party and the founder of the people's audit system.

Good family style and tutor are the excellent inheritance of disciplinary inspection supervisors

In 1937, he participated in the anti -Japanese rescue work under the leadership of the Communist Party. When Nanjing fell, he was arrested by the Japanese invaders and tied to the lamp column to burn to death. He was only 19 years old when he was martyor. The eldest daughter Wang Xiaozhen, after the founding of the People's Republic of China, lives in Nanjing with Mrs. Wang Hebo, and is an ordinary cadre of the Bank of China in Nanjing. After the establishment of the second daughter Wang Xiuzhu in the New China, she worked in the Beijing Stamp Factory, and was retired or ordinary cadres. Whether it was the war years or the peacetime period, Wang Hebo's descendants always kept his entrustment in mind. He was low -key, diligent in work, and self -sustaining.

The descendants of other members of the supervisory committee also adhered to the entrustment of their ancestors and inherited the excellent family style. After Yang Yanan's sacrifice, the four sons all embarked on the road of revolution. Xu Baihao's descendants recite their professions every year. Cai Yichen's descendants of life are still unwilling to cause trouble to the government. There are too many such deeds.
