The press conference publicly released the "White Paper of Administrative Trial of 2017-2021" (hereinafter referred to as the "White Paper"). This is the first time the Gaoping People's Court of the People's Court of Gao Ping City. According to the content of the "White Paper", from 2017 to 2021, the Gaoping Court accepted a total of 267 administrative lawsuits in the first instance, 23 cases in 2017, 54 in 2018, 77 in 2019, 60 in 2020, and 53 in 2021. From the perspective of the number of cases, the number of cases in 2017-2019 continued to rise, with a year-on-year increase of 134.78 % and 42.59 %, respectively; in 2020 and 2021, the number of cases decreased and stabilized from the previous two years. %, 11.67 %.

At the same time, the "White Paper" is also affirmed by the gradual improvement of administrative administrative levels in accordance with the law, further improvement of the ability to respond in accordance with the law, and the achievements of the business environment of the rule of law; at the same time, it is pointed out that the irregularities of administrative law enforcement procedures and the ability to respond to the response to the staff are to be improved.

The Gaoping People's Court made the following suggestions to the administrative organs from the perspective of judicial supervision and judicial security in the "White Paper": First, strengthen team building and improve administrative capabilities according to law. Consolidate the administrative concept of law in accordance with the law, strengthen the construction of administrative teams with in -depth study of laws and regulations, organize the trial of the court, and other methods, focusing on solving the problems exposed in administrative lawsuits such as irregular law enforcement procedures and lack of staff response capabilities.
