On June 20, Liu Xinwei, an employee of the Xinyuan County Power Supply Company, and his colleagues, inspected the lines and equipment in the Yili Botanical Garden in the wild fruit forest. They are the "electricity caregivers" of this precious gene base. The Yili Botanical Garden is a wild fruit forest improved field in the river valley, and thousands of wild species resources are "settled" here.

In 2014, a villager of the second brigade of the improved field of the improvement field in Alemale Town, Xinyuan County, planted his fruit tree to the wild fruit forest area, causing half of the wild fruit trees to be killed by diseases and insects in different places.

To this end, the Ministry of Science and Technology launched the "Key Technology of Tianshan Wild Guogin Ecosystem Conservation and Health Regulation Key Technology" in 2016 and established the rescue protection team. In the same year, the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography of the Chinese Academy of Sciences signed an agreement to jointly build an Yili Botanical Garden with the Xinyuan County Government to establish the Yili Botanical Park Wild Guogin Base Reserve to create an experimental base.

On the night of December 14, 2017, the snow was overwhelmed, and the base was affected by the weather. Liu Xinwei and the two "electricity conservation workers" walked for 40 minutes and sent one generator to the mountain to restore the power supply of the base. Through this incident, they analyzed the 10 kV A -A -A -line improvement field.

In May 2018, Xinyuan County Power Supply Company split some of the loads to other platforms to relieve power supply pressure.

In 2019, the Chinese Academy of Sciences expanded plant germplasm resource living preservation area, etc. to build an Yili Botanical Garden. Wang Jiangmin, coordinator of the project, was appointed as the person in charge of the park.

In 2021, the Yili Botanical Garden has begun to take shape, and the surrounding homestays and dining stores in the park increased, and the load with electricity continued to rise. Wang Jiangmin found Liu Xinwei to discuss: "The economy of viewing the flower is very hot, and the ecological environment of the park is almost recovered, but the coal burning or firewood and the emission of the sightseeing vehicle will affect the environment ..."

Liu Xinwei suggested that he build a full -scale scenic spot. "This idea is good!" Wang Jiangmin said.

During the construction of the full -power scenic area, Xinyuan County Power Supply Company increased the 200 kV stapler transformer to 400 kV of the park, providing two solutions for the construction power consumption of tourist service centers, and the establishment of the park party. Land use, no need to clear the rare tree species of the corridor, do not affect the viewing of landscape, avoid the solution of wild animals and birds in the garden.

In May of this year, the Yili Botanical Garden opened to the public. Gulipali Almuda Bai, the villager of the second brigade of the improvement field of Almaler Town, contracted a booth in the scenic area in the park to do roasting business. 56 villagers in different villages in different villages in Almaler also sell special products such as roasted baked, rose essential oils in the scenic area. Botanical gardens also drive 38 homestays.
