1. Remove Chen Xiaojiang’s Director of the National Ethnic Affairs Committee;

Pan Yue is appointed as the director of the National Ethnic Affairs Committee.

2. Remove the position of Minister of the Ministry of Public Security that Zhao Kezhi's concurrently appointed;

Wang Xiaohong was appointed as the Minister of the Ministry of Public Security.

Third, avoid Zhang Jinan's Minister of Human Resources and Social Security;

Zhou Zuyi was appointed Minister of Human Resources and Social Security.

Fourth, remove the position of Minister of Natural Resources of Lu Hao;

Wang Guanghua was appointed Minister of Natural Resources.
