The sewage of chemical parks that require "zero emissions" into the flood gap

The flood gap in the chemical park is only 8 kilometers upstream in the upper reaches of the second -level protected area of drinking water sources in the eastern urban area of Huainan City. However, the management of the park is not in place, and some companies violate the "zero emissions" of sewage and discharge a large amount of sewage into the park flood groove.
