As one of the "Safety Production Month" series of activities in our city in 2022, on June 24, the "Text Cup" lecture competition hosted by the Municipal Emergency Administration and the Municipal Coal Mine Safety Supervision and Administration Bureau.

17 front -line employees from 9 coal companies including Wanfeng, Zhengshan, Zhengwang participated in the competition. The contestants combined with the typical safety accident cases around them explained their deep understanding of safety production. I am a technician in the first district of Wanfeng Coal Mine. The main work is to be responsible for the digging of the coal mine. There may be various unfavorable factors such as gas, coal seams, and top plates in work. We usually strengthen employee training, urge employees to use labor insurance supplies in time, strengthen equipment maintenance, and minimize equipment failures.

I am mainly responsible for the safety and ideological education of employees. In the production safety month, I have organized some activities, such as safety consulting day, blind wearing self -rescue device activities, and updating protective supplies for employees, etc., and continuously improve the employee happiness index.

Coal enterprises are one of the focus of supervision of production safety. Since the launch of the "Safety Production Month" event, major coal mines in our city have carried out rich and diverse security education activities around themes, and further strengthened employees' "red line" awareness. At the same time, we will further promote the investigation of hidden safety hazards, improve the management system of the "Five Five Five Implementation", and ensure that the safety of mines is ensured.

This speech contest has created a better security atmosphere for us, allowing the majority of cadres and employees to improve from security ideology.
