Chen Xu, the former secretary of the Tsinghua Party Committee, served as the director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office

On June 24, the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs released the news of the State Council's appointment and removal of state staff. It is mentioned that Chen Xu (female) is appointed as the director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, eliminating the position of Director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council.

According to reports in February this year, Chen Xu, who had previously stepped down as the party secretary of Tsinghua University, has served as the deputy minister of the Central United Front Work Department.

Public information shows that Chen Xu, female, Han nationality, born in July 1963, Baoding, Hebei, joined the Communist Party of China in January 1984, doctor, and professor.

In September 1981, Chen Xu entered the undergraduate study of the Department of Radio Electronics at Tsinghua University. He graduated from a bachelor's degree in July 1986 and stayed in school to teach.
