Yang Ziye has been working in the tobacco industry for a long time. In December 2003, Yang Ziye served as a member and deputy general manager of the party group of Henan Zhongyan Industrial Corporation (2009 renamed Henan Zhongyan Industry Co., Ltd.).

In June 2011, Yang Ziye became the party secretary and general manager of Henan Zhongyan Industrial Co., Ltd. During this period, in 2013, 10 companies in Henan Zhongyan broke out of companies with bribery and no bidding qualifications, participating in the scandal of bidding and winning all the bids. Henan Zhongyan stated that he immediately stopped cooperating with the above 10 companies to completely remove the 10 companies from the list of bidding for bidding.

In August 2020, Yang Ziye stepped down as the general manager, and retreated to the second line at the age of 55, and was transferred to the first -level inspector of the Zhengzhou Tobacco Research Institute.

According to the official website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection on June 22, Han Lin, the former party secretary and general manager of Shandong Zhongyan Industry Co., Ltd., received disciplinary review and supervision and investigation.
