Anxiety is a kind of emotion that often plagues us, and is gradually becoming a particularly common "modern disease" in life. It exists in you and me in different forms.
Sometimes anxiety is obvious that people who have realized anxiety are struggling with anxiety; more people seem to have no anxiety on the surface, but suppress anxiety in their hearts.
When I heard my colleagues discuss buying a house and car, appreciating salary increase, marrying Bai Fumei, and how to go to the pinnacle of life, I will deliberately ignore these discussions and tell myself that these are far from me. No need, then secretly grateful:
I don't have the anxiety you have.

But it is precisely this way of treatment that allows anxiety to quietly live in a position that I don't know in my heart. When I can realize its existence one day, the anxiety value is estimated to have already exploded.
Why do we often feel anxious?
First of all, because we live in a snobbish world. People can only see a small part of us, such as occupation, appearance, family, etc., but they will use this incomplete information to judge our entire value.
Secondly, we have been educated "you can be anyone, you have infinite possibilities", so we are always worried: What should we do if we cannot climb to high points in this opportunity society?
This society is always telling everyone: Everyone can have anything they want. In fact, only a few people can do it.
When you think that you have the ability to succeed, not the reality that everyone can succeed, and the different attitude towards others, these three points are constantly intertwined, and anxiety has laid seeds in our hearts.

In order to alleviate your anxiety, first of all, we should acknowledge that society is not really selected by virtue. Sometimes you have worked hard for a long time, or you may lose because of luck or accidents;
Second, we should create a definition of our own success to avoid defining all ourselves with external achievements. There are many ways to succeed in this world, which is not necessarily related to identity, status, and money.
I understand that even if reason knows what to do, emotions often don't listen to it. Anxiety is a stubborn visitor, but we all have the opportunity to turn it into close friends.
