The employment unit is a "mailbox"

In early August 1963, I graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering of Zhejiang University and received a notice of allocation of allocation work. The work unit was a Beijing mailbox 2138, and the registered place was No. 100 in Nanlixi Road, Beijing.

Half a month later, I came to the capital Beijing from the small fishing town in the suburbs of Ningbo, Zhejiang. With this notice, I successfully entered the No. 100 Nanlis Road, which was talked about by the soldiers of Beijing Weiyi District for 24 hours. The so -called "Beijing mailbox 2138" is the name of its external cover. The real identity is the first design institute of the second machine department. Entering the door of No. 100 means that I have entered the threshold of China's nuclear industry, and since then I have bundled with the nuclear industry for life.

The route to work at that time

Is one of the most beautiful locations in Beijing

No. 100 is a U -shaped brick mixed structure. It forms a courtyard courtyard with the bungalow cafeteria on the west. There is an unconventional basketball court in the hospital. It is also the only place for various activities in the hospital. Since there are no single dormitories in the courtyard, we newly come to rent some small hotels in the hospital. I was assigned to live in a small hotel named Longhua Hotel located in the Zhizhi Bridge in Xuanwumen. From here, I can take bus 15 to the unit. For a while, in order to save 5 corners of the bus monthly ticket, some colleagues and I walked to work. Investment in Zhihu Tongzhi to Xuannen Street, north to Xidan Road, and then to the West Economic National Culture Palace, telegram building, Fuxingmen Bridge to arrive Nanlishi Road, this route can be said to be one of the most beautiful locations in Beijing at that time, and it is also a place where we stroll around on holidays. Especially at the time, it was tied with Dongan Market as one of the two major shopping malls in Beijing. The shops were lined up. On holidays, tourists were weaving, showing the scene of economic recovery after three years of difficulties. But because of shyness in the pocket, we are just full of eyes. Occasionally, we spend 5 cents in the tavern in Xuannen Street to buy a rabbit head.

Our single employees have been solved in the designed academy's canteen in three meals. The cafeteria is still good, especially for lunch, the dishes are well -known, and the money can be eaten with two corners. Dinner is only for our single employees to eat. The dishes are not rich in lunch, and sometimes even leftovers. This is not strange to the cafeteria. Just after the difficulties, you can't waste it.

After more than a year, the unit built several residential buildings in Xiaomi Bay, Haidian District, and single people moved there to live there. A few years ago, I also returned to the former site of Longhua Hotel I have lived in, and I have no old trace.

The first lesson of the employment is pre -post political education. In addition to listening to the relevant situation of the design institute, confidential education is mainly conducted. From every move in life to the work of work, different positions have strict confidentiality systems and punishment regulations. We also conducted a confidential oath, and the simple and solemn ritual facing the five -star Red Flag left an eternal unforgettable impression in my mind. The sense of mission, honor and pride of the national defense industry of the motherland has emerged. In the future practice, we do not dare to cross the thunder pond for these confidential systems. My mother who was far away in Ningbo's hometown did not think her son worked in a mailbox of her son in Beijing until she died.

The design of the "First Show" will become a real building,

I feel inexplicable

After finishing education, I became a group of trainee technicians in the fourth room (civil building room) of the Design Institute. The director of the four -bedroom room is Gao Shufan, and the two group leaders of the civil construction are Li Shiwei. When I drank the first drawing under the guidance of an old colleague He Yongzheng, I felt both nervous and a little excited, because this was not a talked about the troops on the paper design and graduation design, but the actual combat of the "real knife and real gun". After nearly a week of calculations and painting changes, my workplace "First Show" -the design drawing of a ore -entered leather gallery in a uranium in the southern southern south was reviewed by layers and was finally completed. Thinking of this debut will become a blueprint and send it to the construction unit, and it will become a real building through the labor of the construction workers, and I feel inexplicable and have a little sense of accomplishment.

Half a year later, He Yongzhang and Shang Zengshou went to the seventh -one mine in Shangrao, Jiangxi to carry out on -site design. The leader of the room decided that I and another new comrade to assist them in conducting some auxiliary designs, mainly to participate in the production labor internship of the mine. My internship place is in the waterfront workshop. In more than two months, I stayed all the main positions from the original ore warehouse to the finished database. They operated with the workers and masters to be familiar with the performance, characteristics and functions of each position. Although the time is short, it has gained a lot. After returning to the hospital, I wrote an internship summary. I passed the internship inspection and turned in time. The monthly salary also increased from 45 yuan to 56 yuan.

Go out of the office,

On the 100th, a design revolution began

In 1965, a design revolution was carried out in the field of basic construction in the country. In terms of design guidance, criticizing the conservative thoughts of blindness, big, fullness, and observance of the old rules. In terms of design methods, I criticized the actual practice of sitting in the office behind closed doors and designs. In order to adapt to the situation and requirements of the design revolution, people in the building No. 100 also experienced unprecedented changes. The system is separated from the system in terms of system, and the uranium mining major is equipped with the corresponding auxiliary specialty to set up the third design institute of the Second Machinery Department. The uranium water and smelting part remains 100, which is still called the first design institute of the Second Machinery Department. In terms of design management, it breaks the traditional professional office system, and forms a comprehensive design team that is mainly based on the main process and professional assisted majors that can be pulled out at any time. From the design method, the three -combination of design methods of "leadership, workers, and designers" are implemented in a comprehensive design method. I am fortunate to stay in Beijing's first design institute to be included in the fourth design team responsible for the design of the uranium water treatment plant in the Northwest.

Back to Beijing from Xinjiang, No. 100 has gone to the building

Since then, as a member of the Fourth Team, I joined the team with the team in the 734 factory in the Ili Prairie in Xinjiang. After the design was completed, the large force was evacuated, and I left the construction of the scene. During this period, we have to participate in one day of labor every week, digging earthwork with workers at the construction site, pushing small cars, brick bars, brick walls, paving oil felt ... In the next few years, I have traveled to Beijing many times and between Beijing and Yining. In conjunction with the construction of the 734 factory, until December 1969, it received a telegram that made us return to Beijing immediately.

When we rushed back to Beijing, we entered the No. 100 Nanlis Road, and saw that the building was empty, a wolf borrowing everywhere, and the design institute had moved away. At this time, it was learned that due to the needs of the combat reserve, the Ministry of Military Management decided to move out of Beijing in Beijing's First Design Institute and merged with the Third Design Institute in Nanchang. Original Hengyang Mining and Metallurgical College. The name of the first design institute of the Second Machinery Department owned by the nuclear power center of Sichuan. Because we are far away in Xinjiang, the traffic is inconvenient, and the information is not spiritual.

Comrades who stayed on the 100th work told us that these people must bring my hukou to Hengyang to report to Hengyang within a week. In this way, I took a simple dress and hukou migration permit.

Continue the front edge with No. 100

After a period of time after the design institute was moved, the Ministry decided to change the 100s to a guest house. Due to its superior geographical location, low price, and relatively complete facilities, it is welcomed by the welcoming nuclear industrial people who come to Beijing, and it is difficult to find a bed at the peak of customers. I have a 12 -square -meter nest in Beijing. Even if I have the opportunity to go to Beijing on a business trip, I ca n’t live in a guest house, and I have almost broken contact with No. 100.

In 1978, a paper tone ordered me to transfer me from Hengyang's Nuclear Fourth Hospital to the Second Organization Department and work in the general office. According to the management system at the time, the hospitality of the 100s belonged to the general unit of the office, which continued the relationship between me for more than 8 years with the 100s.

With their own guest houses, some important meetings of the nuclear industry, such as the annual ministerial meeting, secret professional conferences, important celebrations, etc. are held here, and the office often undertakes the conference work of these conferences. As a member of the conference team, I need to coordinate with the leaders or relevant departments of the hospitality houses such as the venue layout, the attendance and accommodation traffic of the participants. At the same time, it is necessary to participate in some affairs of the hostel, such as its internal decoration, building additional floors, adjustment and construction of leadership teams, and so on. Because I have more connection with all the hospitality, I have become friends with the first director Li Yukun, the second director Huang Yingzhang, and the third director Zhao Gang.

After upgrading and transformation today, the 100th is built into a "China Nuclear Hotel" managed by a professional team with modern facilities. As a retired old man who has a deep affection, he sincerely wish the new Nuclear Nuclear No. 100, play a greater role in the new journey of the nuclear industry.
