This is a key project of the national oil and gas infrastructure. After the completion of the project, the gas storage capacity of the Wen 23 can increase the gas storage capacity by 20%as a whole, which is of great significance to further enhance my country's natural gas pipeline network gas peak and emergency guarantee capabilities.

Wen 23 The gas storage library is located in Puyang, Henan. It is located in the center of North China Plain. The design total library capacity is 10.3 billion cubic meters. Cube of cubic meters was completed and put into operation in July 2019. The second -phase engineering project of this construction is planned to be newly injected with 24 wells, expanding existing injection stations, increasing gas injection compression units, and supporting the construction of 4 cluster well fields, injection, and gas collection, and vaporization of the trunk thread project.

After the completion of the second phase of the project, it can add 1.934 billion cubic meters of library capacity and 735 million cubic meters of work. The total gas injection scale is 24 million cubic meters per day, and the gas collection scale is 39 million cubic meters per day. Improve the gas storage capacity of the gas storage library.

Wen 23 gas storage library is the largest natural gas storage air -conditioning facility with the largest library capacity, the highest pressure, and the strongest peak adjustment capacity in the central and eastern regions of my country. In 2022, the gas injection has exceeded 1 billion cubic meters, and the average daily gas injection volume reached 14.5 million cubic meters.
