National Anti -drug Office: The number of drug users under 35 decreased by 44.8% from the end of 2016

The Ministry of Public Security held a press conference today to release the "China Poison Situation Report in 2021".Liang Yun, Executive Deputy Director of the National Anti -drug Office and director of the Ministry of Public Security Anti -drug Bureau, notified that in 2021, 118,000 drug users in the country were newly discovered, a decrease of 68.9%from 2016, and the number of drug users under 35 decreased by 44.8%compared with the end of 2016.According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the satisfaction of the national anti -drug work of the country in 2021 reached 96.78%.
