The construction of the Yongzhou Railway will fill the gaps of Zhoushan's inadequate railway, and will also effectively help push the integratedness of Yongzhou and start the new era of Zhoushan to cross the development.

On the afternoon of June 9, Wang Wei, chairman of the CPPCC, led the vice chairman, secretary -general, and director of the special committee to come to the construction headquarters of the Yanzhou Railway to investigate the progress of the construction of the Yongzhou Railway.

The total investment of the Yanzhou Railway Project is about 27 billion yuan. The line starts from Ningbo East Station in the west. Fingshima and this island, the terminal is located in Baiquan, with a total length of 76.774 kilometers and a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour. It is planned to start the main project before the end of this year. After the project is completed, the direct time from Zhoushan to Ningbo only takes 26 minutes, and the direct time from Zhoushan to Hangzhou is only 77 minutes.

The re -line of Yongzhou Expressway starts from the Haoxian House Hub on the Ningbo Ring Expressway. After passing Jinsang Island, Bookstock Island, Fushu Island to Zhoushan Benjima, it is finally 45.23 kilometers in length of Zhoushan. Among them, the Jintang to Dasha section is the first phase of the project, and the construction of the Yongzhou Railway is constructed simultaneously. The Jindang to Dasha section project of the Yongzhou Expressway is the first municipal PPP project in our city. At present, the bidding of social investors and the establishment of project companies have been completed.

As the leader of the key project, Wang Wei pointed out that Zhoushan has "started in vain" for many years, and has promoted the Yanzhou Railway to enter the reality from his dream. The Municipal Yingzhou Railway Construction Headquarters must fully carry forward the spirit of hard work, overcome difficulties, make breakthroughs, and actively promote the various tasks of project construction to achieve obvious results. In response to the various difficulties encountered in the project, the CPPCC will make strategies and actively contribute to establish and improve the daily work contact mechanism with the Yongzhou Railway Headquarters, and contribute to the project construction.
