The fire rescue staff of the Xinggang Fire Rescue Station brought the lid and staged the textbook -style "suffocation".

When the fire rescue workers arrived at the scene, the flames of dozens of centimeters high were coming out of the pot. The walls above the oil pan and the range hood have been blackened. According to the staff of the restaurant, when the fire was caught, they covered the stainless steel tray on the oil pan and tried to extinguish the fire. However, there are gaps between the oil pan and the tray, and the air is not completely blocked. Therefore, the fire extinguishing fails.

After understanding the situation, the fire rescue personnel found a pot covering the caliber of almost the same as the hot oil pan, wearing fire gloves, and covering the pot on the oil pan. Subsequently, wet towels on the edge of the pot lid, further isolation of the air, and extinguishing the fire. "The chef may be fried, and there are a lot of oil in the pot." Fire rescue workers speculated that the cause of the fire may be that the oil temperature may be too high.

The firefighters reminded the citizens that the oil pan fire, remember not to use water to extinguish the fire. The correct method is: cover the pot, isolation of the air, suffocating the fire; or pour the dry vegetables into the pot to reduce the temperature of the pan and cool down the fire. If the fire is large, the citizens should turn off the gas valves as soon as possible and use dry powder fire extinguisher and other fires.
