On April 12, 2022, the police received an alarm from the Informatization Construction and Management Office of the Northwestern Polytechnical University that the school's email system found a batch of fishing emails on the theme of scientific research reviews, defense invitations and notifications abroad. , Lure some teachers and students click on the link to illegally obtain the right to log in to the email mailbox of teachers and students, causing the relevant mail data to be stolen. At the same time, some faculty employees have also found traces of network attacks in personal Internet computers. The above -mentioned behavior of sending fishing mail and launching online attacks has caused a major security threat to the information system in Northwestern University of Technology and the important data of the majority of teachers and students. After receiving the police, the Beilin Branch of the Xi'an Public Security Bureau immediately organized the Internet Security Brigade to conduct investigation and evidence, initially grasped the relevant facts, extracted the Trojan horse procedures and fishing mail samples, and fixed relevant evidence in accordance with the law.
