I quickly adapted to a new job, and the team's adult liver transplantation work has also advanced, and it has made its debut in China. At this time, I started exploring children's liver transplantation technology. Children's liver transplantation, especially infant and child pro -liver transplantation, is a highly difficult surgery in the field of liver transplantation. From a technical point of view, the difficulty of children's liver transplantation is concentrated in the blood vessels. From the perspective of nursing, compared with adults' physical and psychological conditions, children need special care. I secretly determined: "The more difficult the operation, the more breakthroughs."

Not long after the establishment of our liver transplantation team, a child patients came -19 months of boy Mao Mao. His father was working on labor reform. When his mother left home, when his grandparents were sent to the hospital, the whole person was black and died. Not only is the child's condition, but also the family's financial difficulties and cannot bear huge treatment costs. In the face of this situation, I hesitated at the time. At that time, my daughter was only more than 2 years old, almost as big as the child. Thinking that if you do n’t treat it in time, a young life will wither; think of such a special family, if the child is gone, the family may be dispersed, and I am particularly distressed. At that moment, I made up my mind to treat the child, and for the child's liver source and possible medical expenses, I tried to find a way.

Children's nursing is completely different from adults. There is no pediatric department in our hospital districts, and there is insufficient relevant experience, but the perioperative period of surgery is very important for children's prognosis. Each level is a test. To this end, I arranged for people to go to the municipal children's hospital for training. At the same time, experts from Fudan University Affiliated Pediatric Hospital were invited to guide the hospital to ensure that it was unattainable. To our gratitude, liver transplantation surgery is quite smooth, and Mao Mao gradually becomes rosy from the "little black man". Shortly after the follow -up learned that Mao Mao was discharged from the hospital, his parents reunited, and the family reunited again. I think all the efforts are worth it. Save a child to save a family. Since then, it has strengthened my determination to develop children's liver transplantation and help children with severe dangerous children.

In the field of surgery, our team strives to overcome difficulties, and this process is also constantly breaking through the process of self. In March 2016, we did a rare child with a child with a close -up liver transplantation of children with a rare cerebral tendon. In the same month, they joined forces with the pediatric hospital to complete the liver transplantation surgery after the duodenal occultment surgery of the children's biliary muscular muscular mycotaoma. In October 2016, we carried out pro -left leaf leaf leaf leaf under the whole abdominal lens for liver obtaining surgery. In March and March 2019 and March 2020, the difficulty of mirror -child children's liver transplantation was implemented. In 2021, we carried out liver transplantation of pro -liver children under the whole abdominal lens. A series of innovative and difficult surgery has made the Huashan Hospital Children's Liver Transplantation Center one of the few medical institutions in China that develops a large -scale development of children's liver transplantation, which also allows us to help more children.

In the process of treating children, I found that many children's family poverty and unable to afford expensive treatment costs. Most of the children who were sent to the medical treatment have basically used the savings of the family before the treatment of liver transplantation, and most families are exhausted. How to get more children in time? I germinated the idea of ​​launching funds for my friends and relatives and social forces. Therefore, I contacted some public welfare foundations and established children's liver transplant charity rescue funds. Under the joint efforts, our funds operate smoothly, effectively covering the treatment costs of children, and solving the urgent urgentity of families with poor children. There are more children in contact, and I start to consider how to better help them recover. Since the summer of 2017, the hospital has held free "Children's Summer Camp" for children with liver transplantation each year. During this period, we led parents into the ward to understand the future care knowledge; lead the children to carry out activities to allow them to better understand diseases and recovery, and to integrate the interaction platform for them to integrate society and grow healthy growth.

Most of the children we have treated are critical. I have seen my dad kneel down when he heard that the child wants to transplant it. In the shoulders, we are running with time.

I remember that in New Year's Eve 2019, when I was eating New Year's Eve, I saw the information in the children's liver transplant group: there was a dangerous condition that children were in danger, and liver transplantation was urgently needed! I immediately put down the chopsticks and arranged the team to act. On the one hand, the inspection of the supply body was arranged overnight; on the other hand, the members of the team who had returned to the New Year in the country rushed back to the hospital in the early morning of the New Year. Everyone had no complaints. In the afternoon of the New Year's Eve, the child was successfully performed for the child. Later, the little guy recovered his health.

In 2022, the sudden new crown pneumonia's epidemic in Shanghai brought new challenges to children with severe treatment. On May 11, an emergency treatment of a cross -hospital area was held at Huashan Hospital and Pediatric Hospital affiliated to Fudan University. With the powerful cooperation and support of the relevant departments, the child was transferred from the pediatric hospital to the operation room of Huashan Hospital. For more than 4 months, children with faint liver have undergone emergency and pro -liver transplantation surgery, and the children and the dad donating liver donated liver have returned smoothly. Families who have been rescued often thank me for bringing the new dawn of life to them, but in my concerns, they are their understanding, trust and support, and have made me more motivated to pursue and explore the peak of medicine. Seeing children's physical recovery one by one, the family has a good family one by one, my sense of accomplishment and happiness overflows. The greatest happiness as a doctor is this.
