——The manner transportation dust pollution control. To strengthen the source of bulk material transportation, it is strictly forbidden to take effective closed measures for trucks (factories).

——The road dust pollution control. Implement the system for regular cleaning, mechanized cleaning, and timely sprinkler, strengthen the "five piles" of roads to clean up, and prevent the dust of the material field.

The "Work Plan" requires that before the end of June, all localities and units should solidly carry out centralized rectification of dust pollution prevention and control, and carry out "cities washing" in a timely manner.
