Starting from 8:00 on August 25, this maintenance is the second plan to suspend the maintenance and maintenance since the official navigation of the Three Gorges.

The maintenance work is led by the Three Gorges Group Basin Management Center. More than 350 people participated in more than 12 units, and the maintenance content has accumulated 38 items. The maintenance of the Three Gorges Shipbuilding is the same time as the first maintenance, but the number of tasks has doubled, and the maintenance efficiency has increased significantly.

According to the Three Gorges Group Basin Management Center, this maintenance was introduced to the PMBOK analysis tool for the first time to establish a cross -unit dynamic new matrix management organization, forming a working model with more reasonable resource allocation, clearer technical difficulties, and higher management efficiency.

At the same time, the maintenance work is further optimized and put into use of special equipment equipment to promote the implementation of technical results. For example, the use of anti -collision opening oil cylinders, gap sealing boxes, and anti -collision buffer cylinders and other special disassembly workers improved by nearly 30%of the maintenance efficiency. In this maintenance, the "door frame -type stitching workers" debuted for the first time, and the downstream anti -collision buffer cylinder was replaced and disassembled. The innovative development of the maintenance unit's lifting mobile transport car, which improves the transportation efficiency of about 50%of the bottom board equipment of the shipbuilding ship.

The Three Gorges Ship Ritter is my country's first gear rack climbing vertical boarding ship. It is currently the world's largest technical difficulty and scale. Since the trial passage in 2016, the Three Gorges shiplift machine has operated nearly 30,000 homes safely and stabilized, transporting more than 540,000 passengers and 10.8 million tons of goods.

From January to August 2022, the shipping volume of the Three Gorges Shipbuilding was 3.15 million tons, a record high of the same period, and it is expected that the volume will exceed 4 million tons in 2022.
