On September 28, the National Health and Health Commission announced two data from the national medical services and the expenses of public hospitals above the second level of 2022.

Overall, the treatment of private hospitals quickly rebounded: During the period from January to May, the total number of private hospitals reached 261 million, an increase of 4.3%year-on-year. During the same period, domestic public hospitals received a total of 1.357 billion people, a decrease of 0.8%year -on -year.

Grass -roots medical and health institutions showed colorful. Data show that the number of diagnosis and treatment of primary medical and health institutions across the country was 858 million, an increase of 2.7%year -on -year. Among them, the number of visits to the township health centers was 476 million, a year -on -year increase of 7.6%.

From the perspective of specific medical expenses, the hospitalization expenses of second- and third -level public hospitals have shown a downward trend.

Data show that the average hospitalization costs of the national second and third -level public hospitals are 6821.5 yuan and 14016.9 yuan, respectively, a year -on -year decrease of 0.7%and 4.2%. However, the average outpatient cost of the third -level public hospitals reached 359.4 yuan, an increase of 2.5%year -on -year.

In addition, the National Health and Health Commission also made statistics on the discharge of patients: From January to May 2022, the number of discharged from hospitals across the country reached 81.308 million, an increase of 0.1%year-on-year. Among them, 66.146 million were discharged from public hospitals, a year -on -year decrease of 0.1%, and private hospitals were discharged by 15.162 million, an increase of 1.3%year -on -year.
