Release time, quota and scope of application

From June 24th to 26th, the municipal government has invested 26.7 million yuan in subsidy funds to large department stores (excluding supermarkets) and home appliance communication industries. At the same time, the launch of the company with enterprises to reduce the supporting activities and the financial institutions such as UnionPay provides funding support to form a superposition effect, and truly benefit the people. Consumption subsidies will be issued on time from June 24th to 26th every day, and subsidy funds are issued daily 8.9 million yuan.

Operation method

Use cloud flash payment payment code to consume. During the event, a single cloud flash payment user can only enjoy the discount once. Cloud Flash Pay must be upgraded to the latest version, and the location information is allowed, and the positioning information is not unable to enjoy the discount in Harbin City.

Subsidy use rules

During the event, the subsidy amount is issued 8.9 million yuan per day. The specific standards are as follows:

1. Self-consumption of 300 yuan (inclusive) -500 yuan minus 30 yuan;

2. 500 yuan (including) -1000 yuan minus 50 yuan;

3. Consumption of 1,000 yuan (including) -3000 yuan minus 100 yuan;

4. Consumption of 3,000 yuan (inclusive) -5000 yuan minus 300 yuan;

5. Consumption of 5,000 yuan (inclusive) -10,000 yuan minus 500 yuan;

6. Consumption of 10,000 yuan (including) or above is reduced by 1,000 yuan.
