Capped State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Company held an emergency performance of power supply guarantee

On September 27, the State Grid Liaoning Province Electric Power held a large -scale power outage event in Liaoning Province in 2022 and the party's 20 major power supply protection emergency drills. Wang Danqun, deputy director of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Li Xichen, deputy secretary -general of Yingkou City, and Wang Aihua, deputy general manager of the provincial company, observed and guided drills.

This drill was carried out by the province's 6 prefecture -level city companies, as well as the Yingkou Emergency Administration Bureau and the Fire Rescue Brigade of Yingkou City Development Zone. The exercise is based on large -scale power outages and emergency actual rescue. It is divided into 9 subjects in team assembly, material transfer, fire drills, on -site surveys, camp construction, high -altitude rescue, demolition rescue, deep well rescue, and water rescue. Institute the emergency plan system, exercise the emergency base team throughout the process, and comprehensively deepen the construction of the emergency linkage mechanism of government and enterprises.

The exercise simulation was affected by severe weather such as continuous rainstorms in the province. The Liaoning Grid was severely damaged and the loss load reached 21%. According to the disaster situation, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and State Grid Liaoning Provincial Electric Power Co., Ltd. launched a large -scale power outage emergency response. The company immediately organized emergency rescue forces to carry out rescue repair. Under the correct leadership of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the provincial company, it passed for nearly 10 hours. For fighting, the damaged route resumes power supply, realizes zero casualties, and the target of zero power outages to ensure the safe and stable operation of the regional power grid.

This exercise is a comprehensive combat test for actively preparing for the war supply. Through this emergency drill, the confidence and determination of "protecting me and me to win" has been further strengthened, and the rapid reaction capabilities and supply and disposal capabilities of the emergency team have been effectively improved, and a solid foundation is built for security and power supply.
