At 1:10 on the 27th, the Lianyungang Search and Rescue Center received the "Da Sen 7" freighter alarm: the cargo compartment was in water during sailing, and the ship was loaded with more than 4,900 tons of iron ore sand. There were 11 crew members. The Lianyungang Maritime Search and Rescue Center immediately launched an emergency plan, requiring crew to carry out self -rescue in accordance with the rescue deployment form. All crew members wore a life jacket to wait for rescue. The Sea Search and Rescue Center quickly coordinated the "Sea Tour 0615", the professional rescue boat "Huaying 390", and the dragging round "Yunang No. 2" and other successive reaching the scene of the incident. At 3:47, the "Ogori 7" cargo ship tilted to the left, and the side deck began to immerse in the water. After a comprehensive research and judgment of the Sea Search and Rescue Center, the instructions to grab the beach near the "Ogen 7" rotation. At 4:8:00, the Captain "Okuset 7" decided to transfer 7 people after the on -site judgment decision, and the left behind continued to take advantage of the tide to grab the beach. Because it is located in the shallow beach, the sea patrol boat cannot approach, and the seven people transferred from "Huaying 390" to "Sea Tour 0615". At 6:6:00, the "Ogori 7" round successfully grabbed the beach near the waters of the incident, and the remaining 4 people safely transferred to "Sea Tour 0615". At this point, all 11 crew members were rescued.

At present, 11 crew members have a good physical condition, and the sea patrol boat is shifted ashore. The "Ogori 7" rotation is stranded in about 8 nautical miles on the east side of the Xuyu Port area, and the hull is inclined. The ship confirmed that all the oil power valves had been closed and the double anchor fixed ship position was thrown.
