[Dahecai Cube News] On September 28, the China Banking Regulatory Commission issued a notification of insurance consumer complaints in the second quarter of 2022.
The "Notice" pointed out that the China Banking Regulatory Commission and its dispatched agencies received a total of 28,554 complaints in insurance consumption in the second quarter.Among them, 10051 cases involved in property insurance companies, accounting for 35.20%of the total complaints; 18503 personal insurance companies, accounting for 64.80%of the total complaints.
In the second quarter of 2022, the property insurance company involved 7,808 claims disputes, accounting for 77.68%of the total complaints of the property insurance company; 822 complaints for sales disputes, accounting for 8.18%.Property insurance companies involve 4,324 complaints for motor vehicle insurance disputes, accounting for 43.02%of the total complaints of property insurance companies.
Personal insurance companies involve 9,613 complaints for sales disputes, accounting for 51.95%of the total complaints of personal insurance companies; 5011 complaints for surrender disputes, accounting for 27.08%.Personal insurance companies involve 8101 complaints for ordinary life insurance disputes, accounting for 43.78%of the total complaints of personal insurance companies; 4,182 complaints for disease insurance disputes, accounting for 22.60%.
