At 0-24 o'clock on September 27, 2022: 56 newly confirmed cases in the province (1 case of 1 case of Guiyang City, 55 cases of Bijie City); 73 newly added infected infections (73 cases of Bijie City). Symptoms of infection have two cases of confirmed cases. 6 cases were cured in diagnosis cases, and 151 medical isolation observations were lifted.

There were 594 confirmed cases in the province (403 cases in Bijie City, 188 cases in Guiyang, 2 cases of Zunyi City, and 1 case of Anshun City). There were 2,167 asymptomatic infected (1,264 cases of Bijie City, 891 cases in Guiyang, 8 cases of Zunyi City, and 4 cases of Qiannan Prefecture).
