A study shows that, compared with coffee, drinking two to three cups of coffee a day can extend life and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
The research results are suitable for grinding coffee, quick -soluble coffee and dehydrated coffee.
Related research results were published on September 26 in the "European Prevention of Cardiology".
Peter Kistler, the author of the paper and the author of Melbourne Baker Heart and Diabetes in Melbourne Baker, Australia, pointed out that in this large -scale observation study, grinding, quick -soluble and dehydrated coffee can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases, cardiovascular diseases or other causes of cardiovascular diseases. Death.
The research results show that moderate drinking, quick -soluble and dehydrated coffee should be regarded as part of a healthy lifestyle.
There are very few information about different coffee preparations on heart health and survival.
This study uses data from the recruitment group (40 to 69) of the British Biological Library, and investigates the relationship between different types of coffee and sudden arrhythmia, cardiovascular disease and death.
Studies were incorporated into 449,563 participants who had no arrhythmia or other cardiovascular diseases. The median age was 58 years old, of which 55.3%were women.
Participants have completed a questionnaire, involving how much coffee drinking every day, and usually drinking quick -soluble coffee, grinding coffee (such as Kabchino or filter coffee), or coffee without caffeine.
Among them, 44.1%of people often drink quick -soluble coffee, 18.4%drink grinding coffee, 15.2%of drinker coffee, and 22.4%of people who do not drink coffee as a control group for research.
Subsequently, according to the daily intake of coffee, the participants were divided into 6 group categories, which were not drinking, less than 1 cup, 1 cup, 2 to 3 cups, 4 to 5 cups, and more than 5 cups of coffee.
After adjusting age, gender, race, obesity, hypertension, diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, smoking status, tea and drinking and other factors, researchers will drink coffeers and cardiac disorders and cardiovascular vascular. The incidence of diseases and deaths is compared.
The relevant information comes from medical records and death records, with a median follow -up time of 12.5 years.
The results showed that 6.2%of the subjects died during the follow -up period, and drinking three types of coffee was related to the reduction of the death of any reason.
Compared with coffee, drinking 2 to 3 cups of coffee daily can minimize the risks. Drinking grinding coffee, quick -soluble coffee and caffeine coffee have reduced the possibility of death by 27%, 11%, and 14%, respectively.
9.6%of participants were diagnosed with cardiovascular disease. Drinking the above three types of coffee are related to the reduction of cardiovascular disease.
Similarly, people who drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee every day have the lowest risk of cardiovascular disease. Compared with people who do not drink coffee, drinking grinding coffee, quick -soluble coffee and caffeine coffee may be reduced 20%, 9%and 6%.
6.7%of participants were diagnosed with arrhythmia. Among them, drinking grinding coffee and quick -soluble coffee are related to the reduction of arrhythmia. Compared with people who do not drink coffee, people who drink 4 to 5 cups of grinding coffee and drink 2 to 3 cups of fast coffee per day at the lowest risk of the lowest risks each day, which reduces 17%and 12%, respectively.
Coffee contains more than 100 biological active ingredients. Kistler said that the research results show that drinking an appropriate amount of coffee should not be discouraged, but can be treated as a kind of good behavior that is beneficial to heart health.
