Miyaga said that the president was issued after negotiations between Mali and West Africa's economic communities (Western Communists), which proved that the Mali transition government was willing to talk to the Western community, hoping that the Western Community would cancel the economic sanctions against Malaysia.
The Special Summit of the Western Communist State and Government Leader Special Summit was held on the 4th of the Ghana capital Akla on the 4th. The meeting decided to re -examine the situation in Mali on July 3 this year, and suggested to maintain a dialogue to reach an agreement to gradually terminate sanctions.
In August 2020, soldiers mutiny occurred in Mali. The National People's Reduction Commission, established by the murdering soldiers, then announced that the former National Defense and Veterans Minister Endo was appointed as a transition President, and Goya, chairman of the National People's Reduction Commission, was appointed Vice President of the Transition. In May 2021, Eno resigned. The Mali Constitution Court subsequently announced that Goyeta took over the post of transition.
In November 2021, the government of the Mali transition said that it was impossible to complete the political transition and held the presidential election by February 2022. The Western Community decided to impose sanctions on the Mali transition government. On March 25 this year, the Western Communist Party announced on the basis of the original 18 -month political transition period (to the end of February 2022), and then gave the Mali transitional government a political transition period from 12 to 16 months. On April 21 this year, Mainga Prime Minister MI and Maligan announced that the Mali transition government will implement a 24 -month political transition period.
