The project team carried out a total of more than a hundred types of work, emergency drills, dome testing, rivet workers and welders welded exercises, including large and small hanging discussions and technical intercourse. The construction of the on -site assembly welding and overall lifting is carried out to replace the industry's customary block installation and welding, which accelerates the progress of the steel lining, and shortens the key construction path period for one and a half months, obtaining three national patents.
At the same time, the modular crane technology of steel lining is also the first R & D and application in the national nuclear power field, filling the domestic technology gaps and can provide a reference for subsequent nuclear power construction.
According to statistics, the nuclear island of DV and 2 of the Taipingling Nuclear Power Project will use 130,000 tons of steel bars, and the internal structure of the nuclear island is very complicated. The project team develops a three -dimensional physical reinforcement modeling tool and application plug -in, forming its own set of nuclear power reinforced BIM samples and processing software systems. Relying on technology, it has an efficiency of 2%and is expected to save more than 1,300 million yuan.
The completion of the dome lifting is marked that the project is fully shifted from the civil construction stage to the installation stage of the equipment. It is reported that after the first phase of the nuclear power project was completed and put into operation, the annual power generation will reach 16.8 billion kilowatt -hours. After all the six machine groups in the third phase of the third phase will be completed, the annual power generation will reach 50 billion kilowatt -hours.
