This is the first time that Xinjiang has been listed on oil and natural gas exploration rights since 2022.

The blocks of this transfer are all located in the Tarim Basin. It is specifically the Taipei block, Mai Gaiti block, Mai Gaiti-Yecheng block, Yecheng block, Mai Gati-Sajian Mountain blocks, Hetian 3 blocks, Shajingzi blocks and north of Korla, with a total area of 7832.9302 square kilometers.
The transfer of this exploration right is listed on the bottom price without a bottom price, and the price increase is used. The final bidding will be carried out online at 11:00 on November 10. The first transfer period of this exploration right is 5 years, and it continues in accordance with regulations, and the duration of each time is 5 years.
