At the meeting, the Ganzi Prefecture Health and Health Commission signed the "Zhejiang Division to Support Ganzi Prefecture's" Geang Sang Flower Project "project agreement" with Zhejiang Provincial Aid Sichuan Care Women's Health Project Group. The "Gesang Flower Plan" is a key project in the 2022 of the Gan Gan team. It aims to create an upgraded version of Zhejiang Gan's support for women's health care and care.

During the five days of the "Gesang Flower Project", 45 grass -roots medical staff from 18 counties from Ganzi participated in the training class and lecture ability improvement training course for common disease diagnosis and treatment of gynecology in Ganzi Prefecture. This "Gesang Flower" plan is the project of Zhejiang University's caring for women's health public welfare funds. It is also the second public welfare project carried out by the Zhejiang University Women's Hospital and Professor Zhou Jianhong in Sichuan.

In September 2021, the "National Confucian Exchange and Integration · Aba Prefecture's ability to improve and care for women's health projects" has been officially launched at Aba Prefecture People's Hospital. Medical personnel from 13 counties in Aba Prefecture participated in the training courses for the ability of Aba Prefecture's medical staff.

Through the training of popular science lecturers, Zhou Jianhong's team tried to impart "Zhejiang Experience" to the medical workers in Aba Prefecture. Popular science knowledge was sent to millions of households.
