In this model, the customs conducts review, release, and nuclear sales of the railway single electronic data to achieve the transfer of import and export cargo transfers and transportation supervision of the railway trains. It does not need to operate the enterprise separately and go through the transfer procedures. The use of the "Railway Fast" model can customize the customs clearance time for the trains for 24 hours, shorten the overall operating time by 1 to 2 days, and the single box can also save more than 200 yuan.
