The incidence of physical tumors in children is underestimated

The research team analyzed the information of the national child tumor monitoring network data and the database information of the relevant national field. The results showed that from 2018 to 2020, a total of 1,21145 children and adolescents in my country were diagnosed with cancer; the average 3 -year total incidence was 12.648/1 million, and the incidence of cancer in children aged 0 to 14 was 122.86/1 million, 15 ～ ～ ～ ～ 结果The incidence of cancer in 19 -year -old was 137.64/1 million. Among children, the top three cancers are leukemia (4233/1 million), central nervous system tumors (1959/1 million) and lymphoma (1154/1 million); among young people, malignant epithelial cancer and melanoma tumor It ranked first (3039/1 million), followed by leukemia (3008/1 million) and central nervous system tumor (1675/1 million).

Ni Xin's team suggested that the construction of children's cancer health service capabilities should be used as one of the standards for establishing and evaluating regional children's medical centers and regional cancer centers.
