The deadline for the application information was 17:00 on October 15, 2022. In January 2023, the selection committee evaluated the submitted results documents.

The top three excellent design schemes of the expert review will be given 2 million yuan bonuses respectively; and a reward of 8 million yuan will be given to a plan that finally passed the administrative review.
