In the choice of decisive factors, "work stability", "enterprise development/business status" and "salary/welfare benefits" are in the top three, all exceeding 35.0%and much higher than other options. Among them, in a relatively important dimension, "Enterprise Development/Business Status" ranked first with 46.9%, exceeding 6.3 percentage points than "salary/welfare benefits". Compared with the salary of hand, it is guaranteed that a stable sources of salary have become more considerations in the workplace interviewed in 2022.
